Summer on the Farm

Summer is here, and the Red Hook Community Farm is in full swing! We’re harvesting huge cabbages, incredible salads, and edible flowers. Two days ago, we noticed the first squash and string beans of summer. During the first week of July, twenty brand new Youth Participants will join us! It’s a season of fun and celebration, and there are lots of ways to get involved!

On July 7th, our Farmers’ Market kicks off with a celebration on the farm. We’ll be featured on TV this weekend! We’re also looking for interns, volunteers, chefs and musicians to make this summer as bountiful as possible. Read down for more info...
