Red Hook Farmers' Market 2007 Opening!
Come to Added Value's first Farmers' Market of the season! There will be cooking demonstrations, Latin music, arts and crafts, Bomba, and - of course - lots of delicious food! You can also roll up your sleeves and volunteer on the farm at any point in the day!

Market Opens: Fresh fruit, local produce, dairy and ice cream, fresh eggs, beef, pork, and smoked meats

Arts & Crafts activities for kids!
Volunteers are welcome ALL DAY... lend a hand and get dirty on the Farm!

Dr. Drum and Bomba Yo! Afro-Puerto Rican Bomba and Drumming Circle

Cooking Demonstration! With Linda Ameroso & Cornell Cooperative Extension staff

Community Circle. Celebrate the beginning of Market Season and meet the Added Value community.
